多沙河流水库汛限水位动态控制运用与水库排沙问题研究

摘    要:柳河是我国北方地区最为严重的多沙河流,本文通过对柳河多年水文泥沙特性和库区冲淤特性以及水库壹水排沙特性的分析与研究,提出了基于洪水预报和暴雨径流预报的汛限水位动态控制运用方案,有效的解决了水库蓄水与排沙问题,为洪水资源安全利用提供了技术保障,同时也对水库汛限水位动态控制运用进行了效益分析和风险分析.

Abstract:Liuhe River is one of the most serious sediment-laden rivers in northen area.In this paper,through analysis and study of hydrologic silt characteristic for Liuhe River and scouring and depositing characteristic for the reservoir area for many years as well as damming water removing sediment characteristic,the authors put forward the plan of dynamic control and application of limitation level in flood season for reservoirs based on flood prediction,rainstorm and runoff prediction,effectively solved the problems of storing water and removing sediment for reservoirs,and provided technical security for safe use of flood resources.Also the authors carried out benefit and risk analysis of control and application of limitation level in flood season for reservoirs.
