摘    要:采用高压扭转方法可以制备超细晶材料,在坯料高度方向施加压力的同时,沿坯料横截面方向施加扭矩,达到大塑性变形产生超细晶。设计了1套压扭成形模具,介绍了成形模具的结构、工作原理,并已投入实际运用。该装置具有稳定可靠,适用范围广,成本低等特点。

Compression-torsion forming experiment and die design
Abstract:The compression-torsion forming technology has been used in preparing ultra-fine grain material. Torque and compression are applied to the billet simultaneously in the cross section direction and the height direction, thus large deformation would happen in the billet and ultra-fine grain material is then formed. A compression-torsion forming die was designed for experiment. The die structure, working principle were introduced. The die has been used in practice, which has the advantages of reliable, widely applicable, and low cost.
