鱿鱼副产物的综合利用

摘    要:介绍了鱿鱼加工副产物的研究现状和综合开发利用的前景。鱿鱼皮可提取胶原蛋白,内脏可以制成饲料、提取富含二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的鱿鱼油、提取核酸等。作者将鱿鱼肝脏提取鱼油后得到的粗蛋白用蛋白酶水解,发现其水解产物具有明显的血管紧缩素抑制活性。

Abstract:The present research situation of the by-products from processing of squid and the development trends of its comprehensive utilization are reviewed. The squid skin can be used to extract collagen, the viscera can be used to prepare feedstuff and the oil rich-contained eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexenoic acid(DHA) and nucleic acid also can be obtained by extraction method. It is discovered that the hydrolyzate prepared by hydrolysis of crude protein with proteinase possesses evident angiotensin inhibited activity, the cited crude protein was obtained from liver after the oil is being extracted.
