摘    要:研究了氯甲烷在HZSM5分子筛催化剂上的催化转化,产物以高级烷烃和芳烃为主,其分布随反应温度而改变。在400~450℃时,催化剂上结碳量最低,而更高温度的反应产生大量的结碳并导致催化剂迅速失活。FTIR和元素分析表明,产物中的HCl对催化剂的骨架结构和组成没有明显的影响。

Abstract:The catalytic conversion of Chloromethane over H-ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts was studied. The main products were butane. lower parrafins and C_6-C_8 aromatics, and their distribution varied with reaction temperature. In the temperature range of 400 to 450 ℃, the carbon deposition on catalyst was the lowest, over the range the carbon deposition was heavy and caused catalyst activity loss rapidly. FT-IR and element analysis showed that the hydrogen chloride, generated in reaction, has no evident influence on the framework and composition of the catalyst.
