摘    要:国外发达国家的大型火电厂已广泛安装了脱硫装置。根据我国环境保护法规和最新火电厂大气污染物排放标准的有关规定.新建大型火电厂都必须配有烟气脱硫系统。在烟气脱硫系统中。控制系统的设计是一个较重要的环节,控制系统设计的是否合理.会直接影响脱硫系统甚至主机系统的长期安全稳定运行.石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫技术是目前最成熟的脱硫技术之一.在国内得到了广泛应用。文中针对石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统,介绍其工艺流程,控制系统水平,主要模拟量控制系统、烟气监测系统、重要联锁保护,并讨论其控制网络形式等。

Abstract:Large fossil-fired power plants in foreign developed countries have been widely equipped with FGD facilities. According to the relevant stipulations of environmental protection laws and regulations and the updated atmospheric pollutant emission standard, newly built large thermal power plants must be equipped with FGD system. Design of control system is an important link in FGD system, which will directly affect the long-term safe and stable operation of the system or even the whole unit. Wet limestone-gypsum FGD is one of the most mature desulphurization technologies currently, and has found extensive application at home. The paper introduces a wet limestone-gypsum FGD system in the aspects of technological process, level of control system, main analogue control system, flue gas monitoring system and main interlock protection, and discusses the form of its control network etc.
