| 摘 要： | 焦化废水为了达标排放，处理过程中加入了稀释水，如果不加稀释水，可以满足熄焦等用水的需要，而处理水量大大降低，为焦化废水的零排放创造了有利条件。

| Abstract: | In order to reach discharge standard for coking effluent, dilution water is added to it during its disposal. If dilution water is not added, coking effluent can meet the requirement of coke quenching water etc. and the amount of effluent to be disposed is reduced greatly, which creates the favorable conditions for no coking effluent discharge. |
