摘    要:在空调新风机组中采用空气一水板式换热器代替翅片管式换热器,可防止我国三北地区由于采暖初期与末期热媒的温度偏低,翅片管式换热器加热0℃以下的空气时易结冰,影响正常工作的现象发生.空气一水波纹板式换热器利用波纹板片之间形成三维复杂流道,流体以较小的流速在其间流动就可形成湍流,湍流的形成带来剧烈的能量掺混可有效防止冰层在波纹表面的形成.利用FLUENT软件Solidification/Melting模型分别模拟了静态水与动态水在波纹板间的三维结冰过程,揭示了波纹板式换热器的波纹板片流道结构形式可有效防止流水结冰现象的发生,为相关产品的开发与优化提供依据.

Abstract:Air-water plate heat exchangers(PHE) are used to take the place of tube-fin type heat exchangers in the air handling units of HVAC heating systems,wich is effective method to prevent the tube-fin type heater from being iced up,when the heat carrier's temperature is low at the initial or the last period of the heating stage in the north of China.Corrugated plates are employed to carry the mix of air-water in the PHE and are made by stamping or embossing a wavy surface on sheet metal,forming complex 3-D flow ...
