含油污泥调剖技术的研究与应用

摘    要:含油污泥是油田开发过程中产生的污染之一,河南油田每年产出近5×104 m3的含油污泥,为充分回收利用含油污泥,引进了含油污泥调剖技术,通过对含油污泥进行化学剂处理,使其变成活性稠化的调剖剂,能有效地封堵高渗透地层,提高注入水波及体积。现场试验表明,该技术能较好地解决污泥污染与利用问题,提高回注污水水质,有显著的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:The oily sludge is one of important pollution during production of an oilfield.Henan Oilfield products about 5×104m3 oily sludge every year.To turn waste to treasure by recycling low-cost oily sludge,Henan Oilfield introduced a new technology,that is,change the oily sludge into a kind of viscous profile controlling agent through chemical treatment,and use the agent to conduct profile control in water injection wells.After pilot in three wells,they treated 3216m3 oily sludge,and increased 700t oil in the corresponding oil wells and sets up 131.83×104 yuan economic benefit,and the ratio of input and output is 1:3.6.This shows that profile control of oily sludge has better solved the problem contamination of oily sludge.It has definite economic benefit.
