摘    要:我所研制的供海洋工程用的水下液压往复锯,采用一种特殊形式的机械反馈装置,实现了剖分式液压换向阀控液压缸的高频往复运动。本文对系统的设计及其静、动态特性,进行了深入研究;对机械反馈机构进行了动力学分析,并对其中部分构件进行了优化设计。通过计算机仿真及实验测试,验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:A hydraulic reciprocating saw used for ocean engineering has been developed by our research institute. It employs a kind of special mechanical feedback device,relizes high frequent reciprocating movement of the hydraulic piston which controled by doubl spool hydraulic reversing slide valve. In this paper, the author analyses the design, static and dynamic, performances of the system, and deseribes. The result of computer emulation and experiment verifying the correctness of the theory.
