摘    要:以苯甲醛、镁、溴代环己烷、溴等为主要原料,经四步反应合成了光敏引发剂α-羟基环己基苯甲酮。改进了其制备过程中第二步的氧化和第三步溴代反应。其中第二步是以氯仿作溶剂,可在室温下进行反应,与原工艺比较,副产物少,后处理简单,收率高。第三步是以四氯化碳—醋酸作溶剂进行溴代反应,改进后的方法具有工艺简单、成本低、收率高等特点。

Abstract:In this paper, a-Hydroxycyclohexylphenylketone is synthesized after four steps of reactions with benzaldebyde, bromocyclohexane and bromine as main raw material. The oxygenizement reaction and bromination reactions of the process are improved. The second step reaction can react with chloroform as solvent in room temperature. In contrast to the previous technology, by-products are fewer, treatments are simpler, and yields are higher. The third step reaction, bromination reaction can react with tetrachloromethane and acetic acid as solvent. The characteristics of the improved method are simple technology, low cost and high yields.
