氟塑料换热器工艺设计若干问题探讨

摘    要:由于氟塑料与金属材料在物化性质方面的差异,使得氟塑料换热器在工艺和结构设计方面与金属换热器不尽相同。本文提出氟塑料换热器工艺(液-液状态的热交换)设计的一般原则,分析了影响氟塑料换热器传热系数的因素,通过实践对如何确定和提高传热系数提出解决方法。

Abstract:The physical and chemical properties of fluoroplastics are different from those of metals,their technological and structural designs are accordingly different from metal heat exchangers.This paper summarizes the general design principles of fluoroplastics heat exchangers,which is a kind of liquid-liquid state heat exchange.It also analyses the factors influencing the heat transmission coefficients and gives solutions of how to determine and increase the heat transmission coefficients from practicing.
