油溶性纳米Cu在GL-5齿轮油中的摩擦学性能

摘    要:通过有机小分子配体表面修饰的方法制备了表面修饰的纳米Cu颗粒,将制备的纳米Cu颗粒作为润滑油添加剂引入85W/90GL-5重负荷齿轮油中,用四球试验机考察其在85W/90GL-5重负荷齿轮油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,油溶性纳米Cu添加剂具有优异的抗磨、减摩和极压性能,能够很好地改善85W/90GL-5重负荷齿轮油的摩擦学性能。使用SEM、EDS和XPS分析了钢球磨损表面形貌、组成和化学状态。结果表明,使用纳米Cu添加剂润滑的磨斑表面擦伤程度很轻,并且磨斑表面有单质Cu沉积。其润滑作用机理推测为:单质Cu沉积膜与摩擦过程中形成的化学反应膜协同作用,从而有效地提高了85W/90GL-5重负荷齿轮油的抗磨、减摩和耐负荷性能。

Abstract:Surface modification technology was used to prepare organo-coated oil-soluble nano- Cu particles, and various dosages of said nano-Cu were used as additives in 85 W/90 GL-5 heavy-duty gear oil. The effect of nano Cu additive on the tribological behavior of said heavy-duty gear oil was investigated by a four-ball tester. The results showed that nano-cu additive possessed high load-carrying capacity, good anti-wear, friction reducing and extreme pressure performance. Thus the tribological behavior of said heavy-duty gear oil was improved significantly. The morphology, compositions and chemical states of the worn steel ball surface were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XPS techniques. It was found that nano Cu additive took place in the tribo-chemical reactions and its lubrication mechanism was inferred that a copper deposited film and a chemical reaction film were formed on the rubbing surfaces of steel ball, and synergisms existed between the two films to enhance the performance of anti-wear, friction-reducing and load-carrying capacity of said heavy duty gear oil effectively.
