| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于地理信息系统（GIS）组件技术的配电网规划与改造软件的主要开发技术、规划流程和各模块的功能、模型与算法。该软件以电力GIS作为部分规划所需数据来源，结合GIS的空间分析和网络分析算法，随机优化技术进行配电网规划与改造，并能对各种方案使用最小年费用法进行经济性比较；具有人机界面友好，规划过程直观，人工干预方便的特点；应用了变电站选址定容理论研究领域的最新成果，特别适用于县级电网规划与改造，具有较强的实用价值。
