摘    要:以MoCL_2(C_7H_(15)COO)_2-(i-Bu)_2AlOPh为催化剂,在加氢汽油中,对丁二烯聚合动力学进行了研究。考察了单体浓度、催化剂浓度以及聚合温度等因素对栗合速度的影响,测定了有关动力学参数。试验结果表明,单体浓度和主催化剂浓度对聚合速度均呈一级关系,聚合总活化能为8.368×10~4J/mol,催化剂利用率约为1.2%,活性中心浓度约为9.6x10~(-6)mol/l。在40—60℃范围内,链增长速度常数随聚合温度升高迅速增加,而活性中心的平均寿期则随温度的升高而降低。


Kinetics of Polymerization of Butadiene with MoCl_2(C_7H_15COO)_2-(i-Bu)_2AlOC_6H_5Catalyst System
Abstract:The kinetics of polymerization of butadiene using MoCl_2(C_7H_(15)COO)_2-(i-Bu)_2·AlOC_6H_5 as catalyst and hydrogenated gasoline as solvent was investigated.The effects of monomer concentration, catalyst concentration and temperature on polymerization rate were studied. The kinetics parameters were also obtained. The results indicated that polymerization rate is of the first order with respect to monomer and catalyst concentration. The observed activation energy for polymerization was 8.368x10~4J/mol. The catalyst efficiency was found to be about 1.2%,and the concentration of active center 9.6×10~(-6) mol/l. Within the range of 40—60℃, a rise in polymerization temperature resulted in a rapid increase in the rate constant k_p for propagation, and a decrease in the average life of active center.
