摘    要:以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯等为主要原料,制备了水性丙烯酸酯聚氨酯(WPUA)乳液;以甲酯化桐油(METO)为改性剂,采用不同改性方法制备了METO改性WPUA乳液。讨论了改性方法、R值、METO含量对乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,采用共聚改性法、R值为1.20、METO质量分数为4%时,制备的METO改性WPUA乳液及胶膜综合性能较佳。

Abstract:A novel type of waterborne polyurethane-acrylate (WPUA) emulsion was prepared with PPG-1000, TDI ,DMPA,HEMA and METO, then the modified emulsion was prepared based on the METO modifier. The influ- ences of the modified methods,R value and METO content on structure and properties of WPUA emulsion and film was discussed. The result showed that the modified emulsion had better emulsion and film properties with the chem- ical modification,R value 1.2 and the METO content 4% , respectively.
