微机型弧焊电源外、动特性测试仪的研制

摘    要:本文论述了把微机应用到弧焊电源外、动特性的测试上,并且把这一新的测试方法与国内的传统测试方法进行了比较。 文中给出了测试的基本线路和测试原理,对所编程序进行了概括说明。微机型弧焊电源外、动特性测试仪可将被测的外、动特性曲线和电压、电流等参数数据打印在纸带上,实现了智能化。

Abstract:This paper applys the microcomputer in measuring the static and dynamic characteristic curves of are welding power source. The new measuring method has been compared with the traditional one in our country.The measurement circuit and its basic principle, brief explanation of the program are also presented. Furthermore, with the instrument the measured data and curves can be typed on the tape.The experiment showed that the new instrument is easy to use, time saving and performs high efficiency and low energy consuming.
