三嗪系列阻燃剂对丙烯酸系树脂的阻燃化研究

摘    要:系统地研究了三嗪系列阻燃剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、二烯丙基溴丙基异三聚氰酸酯、二(2,3—二溴丙基)烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、三(2,3—二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯等对丙烯酸系树脂的阻燃效果及其阻燃机理。利用氧指数、热失重、微分热失重等测试方法研究,结果表明三嗪系列阻燃剂对丙烯酸系树脂有一定的阻燃作用,阻燃剂按气相机理发挥作用,并且阻燃剂分子中双键的阻燃作用不容忽视。

Abstract:This paper systematically studied the flame retardant efficiency and mechanism of triazine derivatives, including triallylisocyanurate, diallyldibromopropyl-isocyanurate, di (2,3-dibromopropyl)allylisocyanurate, tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)-isocyanurate. From the analyses with limiting oxygen index and thermogravimetry, it is concluded that the flame-retardants of triazine homolog have certain flame retardant function on acrylic resin exerted in gas phase mechanism, meanwhile, the double bonds in molecules of the flame-retardants make a significant contribution to the flame retardancy.
