摘    要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液法制备预交联AM/AA/DMDAAC堵剂。确定最佳反应条件为:m(AM):m(AA):m(DMDAAC)=10:2:1,引发剂用量为0.12%,交联剂用量为0.06%,溶液pH为4.6,反应温度为50℃。

Abstract:The pre -crosslinking plugging agent AM/AA/DMDAAC was synthesized from acrylamide( AM), acrylic acid (AA) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) by aqueous solution polymerization using N,N' -methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows : m ( AM ) : m (AA) : m ( DMDAAC ) = 10: 2: 1, initiator dosage 0.12 %, cross - linking agent dosage 0.06 %, pH 4.6 and reaction temperature 50 ℃.
