湖南电网变压器油族组成和抗氧化剂T501含量分析

摘    要:对湖南省127台(相)500 kV主变油、28台运行20年以上的220 kV主变油及29台新投运主变油利用红外光谱法进行族组成及抗氧化剂含量分析。为保障设备安全稳定运行,对中间基、石蜡基油和T501含量偏低和偏高的变压器油提出了应对处理措施。

Abstract:It is analyzed that chemical composition and antioxidant content of oil sample for 127 500kV main transformers,28 220kV main transformers running over 20 years,and 29 new main transformers in Hunan power grid by infra-red spectrum method.In order to guarantee the safety and stability of equipments,it is suggested that the proper treatment for intermediate-base oil,paraffin-base oil and the oil with low or high T501 content.
