摘    要:针对存在的折焰角斜坡区域积灰严重,频繁发生运行中因积灰垮塌造成的锅炉燃烧不稳甚至灭火的情况,在该区域加装声波清灰装置,配合燃烧调整和蒸汽吹灰器的使用,基本解决了积灰严重和垮塌造成的燃烧不稳和灭火的问题。

Abstract:In this paper, for the situation of serious fouling in the deflection furnace arch of slope area, and boiler burning instability even extinguished was occurred frequently due to fouling collapse, the sonic wave deashing device should be installed in the region, with the use of burning adjustment and steam sootblowers. After this, the situation of boiler burning instability even extinguished was basically solved.
