摘    要:尝试彻底改变目前传统的加工方式,介绍了一种运用新方法碾制大米的设备。设计和使用这种新型碾米机的目的,就是确保碾米机在加工大米的过程中碎米率低,增加经济效益。这种类似"瀑布"形式的进料和出料方式与加工过程,与现在国内外所有卧式砂辊碾米机和立式砂辊碾米机均不同,加工时米粒在碾白室内的运动轨迹也完全不一样,其结果能降低碎米率,节省电耗。设备运用在加工留胚米中,就更能显著提高经济效益。

Abstract:Trying to give a revolution to the traditional processing mode,introducing an equipment with new technology for rice whitening . The purpose of this new design and the application of this new whitener is to ensure the low generation rate of the broken rice during processing, thus to increase the profit. This "waterfall" form of way charge-in and discharge and processing, is different from the domestic and international horizontal/ vertical emery roll whitener, the trajectory of rice during processing is totally different. This trajectory turns out to reduce the generation rate of broken rice and power consumption. If this equipment is applied to germ rice processing, the economic value will be remarkably improved.
