摘    要:介绍了合成氨装置中主甲醇换热器EA-206的工艺和设备情况,并对其腐蚀机理进行了分析。对4种材料(08Cr2AlMo,16MnR,0Cr18Ni9Ti,20钢)做腐蚀测试可知:20钢做为管束材质已不适于当前工艺条件,应选用0Cr18Ni9Ti或08Cr2AlMo。同时介绍了金属材料的化学成分和力学性能与耐腐蚀性能的关系,并从设备和工艺方面提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The main process and equipment of methanol heat exchanger EA - 206 in ammonia unit are introduced, and corrosion mechanisms is studied.The corrosion tests of four materials (08Cr2AlMo,16AnR,0Cr18Ni9Ti, 20 # steel) concludes that 20 # steel is not a proper material for present process conditions.08Cr2AlMo and 0Cr18Ni9Ti should be selected.Therelationship between chemical composition and mechanic performance of relative materials and their corrosion resistance preformance are discussed and improvement measures are proposed in respect of equipment and process.
