| 摘 要： | 本文针对Web Services的技术原理，以某公司应用系统开发及其跨平台数据交换的问题为背景，分析并建立了基于Web Services的信息系统架构的基本方法，给出系统的设计原理和总体结构，同时给出了跨平台数据交换的具体实施方案，并简要分析了方案的优点。

| Abstract: | According to the technology of Web Services and on the basic of the application system of one corporation,this paper discusses the way to build information system.Architecture of distributed application system and the design principle based on Web Services are suggested.What's more,the realization of exchanging data through deferent develop flat are present.At last,we analyze the characters of scheme briefly. |
