| 摘 要： | 社会信用体系建设涉及伦理、道德、经济、文化等社会生活的方方面面，我国的社会信用体系建设尚处于起步阶段，信用体系建设的政策环境和法律环境尚不成熟，信用体系缺乏有效的监管机制和行业自律，要想使社会信用体系发挥应有的作用就要在全社会建立起行业自律、政府监管和社会监督三位一体的监管体系。

| Abstract: | The construction of the credit system is related to the ethics, morals, economy, culture, etc. The system of social credit in our country is still in the first stage. The policy environment of system construction of credit and legal environment is still developing, so the credit system lacks the effective supervision mechanism and independent management of the trades. It is necessary to set up independent management of the trades, the supervising system and the trinity of social supervision of the government in order to make the social credit system play its role. |
