| 摘 要： | 应用流程模拟软件,对甲醇装置国外合成工艺技术报价和技术谈判资料工艺数据,进行了模拟计算和系统分析;并在此基础上,结合工程实际,剖析和评价了其报价资料的工艺数据,发现了报价数据中存在的各种问题,为有关方面进行最终决策和选择时,提供了有实用价值的参考意见。

| Abstract: | By applicating process flow simulation software simulation calculation and system analysis are made with the information from foreign technical proposals for the synthesis process of methanol plant and process data collected during technical negotiation. On this basis, combining engineering practices,the process data were analyzed and evaluated,many different problems were found in them, thus providing very practical and valuable comments for reference when making selection and final decision on the process technology. |
