高粱红色素的真丝织物染色性能研究

摘    要:通过对高粱红色素的萃取方法进行试验,确定了最佳萃取条件;通过正交试验及单因素试验方法,对桑丝织物进行直接染色、预媒法染色、后媒法染色试验。结果表明,桑丝织物经高梁红色素染色后的摩擦牢度达4级,皂洗牢度3级,铁媒染后皂洗牢度提高到4级。

Abstract:We studied the extraction method of sorghum red colorant, and determined the optimum extraction conditions by experiments in this paper. Then we dyed silk fabric by direct dyeing, chrome mordant dyeing and after chrome dyeing by means of orthogonal experiments as well as single element experiments. The experimental result is as follows: rubbing fastness is up to 4 level; soap washing fastness is 3 level; When the sample is dyed with Fe_2SO_4 medium, the soap washing fastness is 4 level.
