形状复杂零件的装夹参数确定算法

复杂型面零件的装夹是机械制造领域中的一个难点问题。零件装夹的确定依然取决于设计者或专家的经验与知识水平，难以满足日益增长的形状复杂零件的高精度加工要求。为此，首次系统地提出了一种装夹参数的确定算法。基于质点运动的速度合成原理和齐次线性方程组的解的’陛质，建立了定位正确性判定算法，以确定可行的定位点数目及其布局；基于静力平衡条件和齐次线性方程组的解的存在性，建立了零件加工稳定性分析模型及其算法，从而实现夹紧力大小、作用点、作用顺序的优选。该方法不仅能够验证夹具装夹方案的可行性，而且还能供装夹参数的合理设计时参考。
