高浓度毛发染料中间体废水的处理

摘    要:毛发染料中间体2,5-二氨基甲苯生产过程中排放的高浓度废水,含邻甲苯胺类难降解有毒污染物,研究了不同的物化处理方法及组合,发现采用“预处理-铁碳内电解-催化氧化-混凝学淀”组合处理工艺效果最佳。实验研究表明:当废水进水CODCr值为14560mg/L^-1,色度为11570倍,BOD5为1,747mg/L^-1时,能大幅度地去除有毒污染物,CODCr可降至750mg/L^-1,生化性大大提高,B/C比升至0.37,可进行后续生化处理。

Abstract:An effective treatment technology for wastewater of hair dyestuff intermediate 2,5-diamino toluene is reported. A pretreatment formaldehyde condensation-internal electrolysis-catalytic oxidation-neutralization coagulation technology was studied. The factors which mainly affect the efficiency of dyestuff wastewater treatment were investigated. On the optimal conditions, the results of the wastewater showed that the removal rate of COD-{Cr} and color degree was about 95% and 98% respectively. The effluent met the biological treatment.
