微米级三水碳酸镁晶须的合成研究

摘    要:采用低温水溶液法合成三水碳酸镁晶须,考察了反应温度、反应时间及表面活性剂用量等因素对三水碳酸镁晶须的最大晶须长度及长径比的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为40~50℃、反应时间50~60min、表面活性剂添加量为1%的条件下,可以合成微米级的三水碳酸镁晶须产品。在此基础上,探讨了三水碳酸镁晶须的生长机理。

Study on Synthesis of the Nesquehonite Whiskers in Micrometer Scale

Abstract:In this paper,nesquehonite whiskers were synthesized by low-temperature aqueous solution method,and the impacts of reaction temperature,reaction time and surfactant dosage and other factors on the maximum whisker length and high aspect ratios of nesquehonite whiskers were also investigated.Results showed that under the conditions that the reaction temperature was 50℃,the reaction time was 60min and the amount of surfactant dosage was 1%,nesquehonite whisker products can be synthesized in micrometer scale.On this basis,growth mechanism of the nesquehonite whiskers was discussed.
