云南某低品位难选铜钼矿可选性试验研究

摘    要:根据云南某低品位难选铜钼矿在生产实践中指标不好的问题开展本次可选性试验研究。试验采用铜钼混选—铜钼混合精矿再磨后铜钼分离的选别工艺流程,最终取得了铜精矿品位23.04%、回收率89.94%,钼精矿品位47.24%、回收率67.23%较为理想的试验指标。

Abstract:The beneficiability study was conducted because of the poor results of copper and molybdenum separation in actual practice of a low-grade refractory copper-molybdenum mine in Yunnan Province.The tests applied special separation process:copper-molybdenum bulk flotation,regrinding of bulk concentration,and then separation of copper and molybdenum.As a result,we had got better experimental index: copper recovery of 89.94%,copper concentrate grade of 23.04%,molybdenum recovery of 67.23% and molybdenum concentrate grade of 47.24%.
