摘    要:研究采用化学镀膜的方法在光纤端面镀反射膜。分别采用化学镀镍和化学镀银的方法在多种光纤端面镀膜,通过稳定化热处理,提高了镀层的机械性能,并使镀层光反射率的热稳定性显著提高。对光纤端面镀层光反射率的测量表明,化学镀银层的光反射率较高。

Abstract:An electroless plating approach for depositing a high reflective layer on the surface of optical fibers is proposed. Two methods are investigated involving electroless nickel plating and electroless silver plating. Heat treatment is taken to improve the mechanical properties of the layer and to make the layer immune from the temperature variation. The reflectivity of the layer on the distal end of the optical fiber is measured indicating that the reflectivity of the electroless silver plating layer is high.
