| Abstract: | This article through to the investigation and analysis of Zhengdong New District Urban Planning on the implementation process and Construction Status,induction and summarization on the experience and practice of Henan Province urban planning,New District construction,urban operations and other aspects,thus advances some concrete ideas and suggestions of our province in the upgrading of the development idea of urban and rural construction,focus on the ＂ three remediation,three transform and three upgrade＂ and innovative mechanisms for urban construction work,etc. |
