| 摘 要： | 为了提高细纱工序成纱质量,介绍了胶辊的选型原则和制作工艺,通过对邵尔A硬度70度、75度、80度胶辊以及NFX9865型免处理胶辊纺涤粘S捻品种纱成纱质量进行对比,说明NFX9865型胶辊适合在该品种上推广,并总结出胶辊使用与保养经验。提出:胶辊选型应结合生产实际通过试验进行对比并逐步推广,不同胶辊制作工艺不同,应把好质量三关。

| Abstract: | Introduction is made to the cot regarding cot selection principles and manufacturing process for the purpose of increasing spinning quality.Spinning quality comparison is done to the cots with hardness Shore A 70,75,80 and alu-lined free treatment cot NFX9865 in production polyester viscose with S twist.Conclusion is made that cot NFX9865 is of good adaptability in processing polyester viscose.Cautions are summarized as to application and maintenance.It is pointed out that cot selection should be done in conjunction with production situation before promotion.Varities of cot have different processes.Quality control is very important. |
