| 摘 要： | 为了满足SMARO型自动络筒机单锭组件的装配要求,专门设计制造单锭组件组装工装,介绍工装夹具体、定位装置、夹紧装置等的设计与制造工艺,以及利用工装装配调试单锭组件的步骤,说明工装结构简单、维修方便,可保证单锭组件快速、准确装配,能够提高生产效率,减轻工人劳动强度,单锭组件合格率达100%。

| Abstract: | In order to cater the assembly requirement of the single spindle pack of the auto-winder SMARO,a special assembly tool is designed,and introduction is made to the design and manufacturing process of the assembly tool regarding the body of the special gripping device,location device,and gripping device as well as the procedure about the regulation of the single spindle pack,It proves that the assembly tool is of simple structure,easy maintenance,consequently with quick and precise assembling for high production efficiency,less labor intensity,and 100% yield rate. |
