| Abstract: | Integrating with many years＇ practical experience in real estate bidding projects, this thesis summarizes several factors influencing successful bidding projects for real estate developers, which includes bidding documents, negotiation coordinating degree with tendering agency, quotation requirements, and tendering documents and so on, and briefly analyzes each of them one by one. Thus, it has created a positive environment for bidding and tendering market among same industry. |
