摩托车整车振动性能匹配优化设计技术的研究

摘    要:以整车有限元模型为基础,以降低整车振动为目标,基于MSC/NASTRAN,建立了摩托车整车结构优化的数学模型;针对整车振动性能的匹配,开发了辅助优化设计软件,进行了动力学灵敏度分析和优化设计。通过改变摩托车车架的板厚、管厚、管径,前后减震器的弹性系数、阻尼系数,悬挂系统的弹性系数等设计变量,在满足强度、刚度和其他要求的前提下,达到了性能匹配效果,实验验证了该优化算法和模型的可靠性。

Abstract:In order to solve effectively the vibration problem of motorcycle,a mathematic model for structural optimization was established and the optimal design software was developed based on MSC/NASTRAN to meet the needs of integrated performance.The dynamic sensitivity of response and the optimization design were investigated based on the integrated finite element models and the software to lessen vibration of the whole motorcycle.According to the needs of the intensity,rigidity and other design constraints,the design variables were adjusted,including the thickness of motorcycle framework's plates and tubes, the pipe diameter,the flexibility and damping coefficient of shock absorbers and hanging system.And then the optimal integrated performance is achieved.Meanwhile,the optimal algorithm and mathematical model are made an experiment on,and the results show that they are reliable,effective and practicable.
