摘    要:对氧化锆陶瓷材料的抗热震性能进行了研究,探讨了A12O3添加剂的含量对氧化锆陶瓷材料的抗热震性能的影响。添加不同含量Al2O3添加剂时,氧化锆陶瓷材料的抗热震性能也随之变化,通过研究发现,添加10%Al2O3(质量分数,下同)时,氧化锆陶瓷材料的抗热震性能最好。运用XRD、SEM等手段对氧化锆陶瓷材料进行物相、微观结构方面的分析,并以此为基础对氧化锆陶瓷材料抗热震性能的影响因素进行了探讨。

Abstract:The effects of Al2O3 additive and its contents on thermal shock resistance of ZrO2 ceramics were investigated. Changes of the properties of the thermal shock resistance caused by the contents of Al2O3 additive had been analyzed. The results show that, 3Y-ZrO2 added 10wt%Al2O3 had the best thermal shock resistance. The paper also explained the phase structure and microstructure by XRD and SEM, and based on that the effect factor of the thermal shock resistance of ZrO2 had been studied.
