摘    要:准确计算气液两相流截面含气率是正确预测两相流压降、合理制订生产方案的关键。滑速比模型在截面含气率的计算中应用最为广泛。为此,对基于滑速比模型的常用计算方法进行系统评价,收集了公开发表的295组截面含气率数据,建立了真实可靠的实验数据集,提出了综合评价体系,引入了灰色关联分析法,对不同方法的计算精度、预测性能、灰色关联度和适用范围进行了全面分析。结果表明,对于垂直上升管气液两相流,在截面含气率全范围内,Smith方法最为推荐,其预测准确性最好,灰色关联度排序第一;各计算方法的最佳适用范围为0.7~1.0;在截面含气率为0.7~1.0,L-M方法的计算精度及预测性能最好。该成果为气液两相流截面含气率计算方法的选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Calculating the void fraction of gas-liquid two-phase flow accurately is key to predicting the pressure drop and making a reasonable production plan.Slip model is widely used to calculate void fraction.Thus,an evaluation on different correlations commonly cited based on slip model has been investigated:295 sets of void fraction data were collected,the reliable experimental data sets were set up,a comprehensive evaluation system was proposed,a grey correlation analysis method was introduced in order to fully evaluate void fraction correlations in terms of the calculation accuracy,the prediction performance,the grey correlation degree and the application scope.The results indicate that,for gas-liquid flow in vertical upward pipe,Smith correlation is mostly recommended by reason of the best predictive accuracy and the first ranking of grey correlation degree for the full range of void fraction.The best applicable range for these correlations is 0.7 ~1 .0,and in this range,L-M correlation has the best calculation accuracy and prediction performance.These research findings provide theoretical basis for the selection of void fraction correlations.
