摘    要:圆检验测量方法与技术是数控机床误差补偿与精度改善的前提和基础,在现代高精度装备制造业中占有重要地位。综述了国内外主流圆检验测量方法及应用,将其归纳为机械接触式、光学非接触式和混合式3类,并论述相应的发展历程和特点。以球杆仪(DBB)为代表的接触式圆检验,仍为主流方法且被广泛应用,但以其高精度特点被提出的光学非接触式,正在逐渐得到应用。此外,结合两者所长的混合式被提出并用于满足高精度、半径不受限的圆检验的测量需求。

Abstract:Circular test method and technology are the premise and basis of error compensation and precision improvement of CNC machine tools, and have an important position in modern high precision equipment manufacturing industry.In this paper, the mainstream circular test methods and applications of domestic and international are summarized.Three types of mechanical contact, optical non-contact and hybrid are summarized, and the development process and the characteristics are discussed.The double ball bar (DBB) as the representative of the contact circular test is still the mainstream method, and it is widely used.And the optical non-contact type is proposed with its high precision, and it is gradually applied.In addition, the combination of the two methods is proposed to meet the requirements of high precision and unrestricted radius.
