生物舒适度采集系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了给广东地区舒适度指数的精细化预测服务以及特征分析提供数据支撑,广东省气象局率先在国内自主研发了一款生物舒适度采集系统。通过构建信号采集、信号检测、模/数转换以及EEPROM 数据载入等功能模块,系统实现实时采集温度、风速、辐射等元数据以及在线监控关键节点,同时采用国外成熟的舒适度指数算法公式,输出舒适度指数和暑热压力指数两种气象产品,并与气象预报服务产品做了分析比较,初步验证舒适度指数算法公式的合理性。实际应用效果表明,该采集系统运行稳定可靠、测量精度高,较好地满足气象服务需求。

Abstract:In order to provide data support for the fine forecasting service and characteristic analysis of biological comfort index of Guangdong ,Guangdong Provincial Meteorological Bureau takes the lead in the research and development of the biological comfort acquisition system . Through the construction of signal acquisition , signal detection ,analog /digital conversion and data loading into EEPROM ,it can finish acquisition of temperature ,wind speed ,radiation and other metadata and monitoring key nodes online real time . At the same time , by using the algorithm formula of biological comfort index abroad ,the system can output two kinds of meteorological products , including comfort index and heat stres .And comparing with the weather forecast ,it validates the rationality of the algorithm formula of biological comfort index initially .The actual result indicates that the biological comfort acquisition system is of high precision ,stable and reliable ,and meets the needs of meteorological services betterly .
