| Abstract: | In thispaper, we focus on how to improve the 3/4G users in the TDS and TDL network streaming capacity, Enhance the probability of 4G users residing in the 4G network business .Mainly from the three aspects of the coverage, capacity, user behavior and other reasons, and Combining with the actual situation of the network, propose corresponding solution strategies, solutions and measures. |
