面向精细化打叶复烤的管控系统的分析研究

摘    要:随着经济的发展与进步,打叶复烤工艺也在不断的进步。传统的全叶打叶复烤工艺已经逐渐被淘汰,现在已经形成了面向精细化打叶复烤的管控系统。精细化打叶复考管理系统的形成过程中,吸取了传统全叶打叶复烤工艺精华之处,对于传统全叶打叶复烤工艺的失败之处也吸取了经验与教训。所以,这就意味着传统的工艺没有全部被淘汰,精细化打叶复烤管理系统的发展,也是借鉴了很多传统的全叶打叶复烤工艺。传统化的全叶打叶复烤工艺的发展这为精细化打叶复烤奠定了初步的基础,这也使得烟叶生产过程更加完善。

Analysis and Research on the control system of the fine beat and leaf re baking
Abstract:With thedevelopment and progress of the economy,the process of re baking is also continuous progress.The traditional whole leaf beat leaf re baking process has been gradually eliminated,and now has formed a fine for the control system of the baking of the control system.In the process of the formation of the system of the management system for the examination of the leaf,the essence of the traditional full leaf and the double baked process was absorbed, and the experience and lessons were also learned. Therefore,this means that the traditional process has not all been eliminated,the fine of the development of the management system of the re baking, but also draw a lot of traditional whole leaf to play the process of re baking.The traditional development of the whole leaf and the leaf of the re baking process laid a preliminary foundation for the fine threshing and re baking,which made the tobacco production process more perfect.
