摘 要: | 个性化服务是旅游电子商务企业赢利的关键因素.当前,我国旅游市场正处于由初级阶段向中高级阶段转化之中,旅游消费将渐趋理性化、个性化,观光旅游逐渐转向休闲度假旅游.旅游电子商务为游客开辟了一个新的时代,能根据客户的个性化需求提供服务.每个目标市场的需求主要因素都各不相同,根据各自的主要因素,设计相应的定制条件.

Abstract: | Personalized service is the key factor for the profit of tourism electronic commerce enterprise. At present, China's tourism market is in the transition from the primary stage to the middle and advanced stage,tourism consumption will gradually become more rational and personalized.Tourism electronic commerce has opened up a new era for visitors, which can provide service according to the customer's individual needs. Each target market demand is the main factors are not the same, according to their respective main factors, the design of the corresponding custom conditions. |
