新能源发电项目多维度后评价方法机制探究

摘    要:为了更加客观、准确地评价新能源发电项目,本文采用"多维度评价方法体系",从宏观层面和微观层面针对新能源项目进行评价.宏观层面上确立技术性能、经济效益、社会影响三个评价维度,分别采用灰色关联度分析法、数据包络/保证域法、成功度模糊综合评判法进行综合评价,并利用雷达图法对项目总体效果进行评价.微观层面上选择对比分析法、比率分析法、因素替换法、曲线拟合法等进行评价.最后,通过算例验证了所提评价方法体系的实用性和有效性.

Research on the mechanism of multi dimension post evaluation method of new energy power generation project
Abstract:In order to be more objective and accurate evaluation of new energy power generation project, the system of "multi dimension evaluation methods,from the macro level and micro level for the new energy project evaluation. The macro level to establish the technical performance, economic benefit,social impact evaluation of the three dimensions,by gray correlation degree analysis method and data envelopment /guarantee domain method, the success fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation, and evaluation of the overall effect of the project.Using the method of radar chart. The micro level selection of comparative analysis,ratio analysis,factor substitution method, curve fitting method for evaluation. Finally,through the example verified the practicability and validity of the evaluation system.
