摘 要: | 针对当前应用技术大学控制类课程实训教学设备短缺现象,设计了基于通用电气公司PAC RX3i控制器和Proficy Process System过程控制软件的恒温控制实训装置。该装置成本低、易制作,已用于高校的实训教学。电气部分采用端口开放形式并设置接线端子,方便学生进行系统联线、测试,有利于学生动手操作能力的培养。整套设计方案不仅适用于高校自动控制课程实训教学,而且对于研发实训教学设备具有借鉴参考意义。

Abstract: | For theshortage of teaching equipment for control courses in vocational colleges,a thermostat controlling training equipment based on GE PAC RX3i and PPS software was designed.The equipment is low-cost and easy to be manufacture,it is not only suitable for the practical teaching of automatic control course in colleges,but also has reference significance for the research and development training teaching equipment. |
