| 摘 要： | 本文针对陕西省边防检查机关验放旅客由人工处理信息的现状，提出了基于二维条码技术的自动识别与传输方案，设计并实现了条码技术在出入境人员申报系统中的应用。本系统极大地简化了边检工作流程、提升了服务水平，是实现电子政务建设的一次有力推动。

| Abstract: | According to the frontier inspection organs in Shaanxi province by the status of passengers through artificial processing information,automatic recognition and transmission scheme is proposed based on 2-D barcode technique,designs and realizes the application of bar code technology in entry-exit personnel reporting system in.The system greatly simplifies the frontier inspection work flow,improve the level of service, is the realization of e-government construction is a strong push. |
