摘    要:随着社会的不断进步,无论是工厂的大型电器设备还是日常生活的家用电器都会使用到微电子电路技术,微电子电路是一种以多种半导体器件为基础的高新电子技术集成电路,其具有体积小、重量轻、可靠性高、工作速度快等多种特点。为了确保具有微电子电路的电器的质量,我们必须对其进行严格检测,从而达到对其进行质控的目标。为了确保电器设备中微电子电路的安全可靠性,本文主要针对微电子电路的校准技术和自动测试技术进行了研究,全文分为五个部分:第一部分引言对微电子电路进行了介绍;第二部分分析了微电子电路研究的重要性;第三部分介绍了微电子电路的检测方法;第四部分对探索了微电子电路的测试和校准的具体方法;第五部分对全文进行了总结。同时笔者也希望通过此次研究能够更好的推动我国微电子电器设备的发展,促进我国微电子技术的进步。

Calibration technology and automatic test of microelectronic circuit
Abstract:With theprogress of society, whether it is a large plant or electrical equipment everyday household appliances will be used to microelectronic circuit technology,microelectronic circuit is a semiconductor device in a variety of high-tech electronic technology-based integrated circuits,having small size,light weight,high reliability,work fast and many other features.To ensure the quality of microelectronic circuits having electrical,and we must be rigorous testing,quality control so as to achieve its objectives.To ensure the safety and reliability of electrical equipment in microelectronic circuits, this paper mainly for microelectronic circuit technology calibration and automated testing techniques have been studied. The paper is divided into five parts: The first part of the introduction of microelectronic circuits were introduced;second microelectronic circuit section analyzes the importance of the study;the third part describes the detection method microelectronic circuit;the fourth part explores the specific methods microelectronic circuit test and calibration;the fifth part of the paper are summarized.At the same time we also hope that through this research to better promote the development of China's microelectronics electrical equipment, promote the progress of China's microelectronics technology.
