摘    要:输油管道与输气管道,无论在管道材料、管道强度还是管线工艺等几个方面均有不同要求,而且输气管道相对于输油管道对管道材料要求更加严格。新疆石油管理局克拉玛依至乌鲁木齐的克乌复线φ529^7(8)mm输油管道改为输气管道属国内首创。本文介绍通过参加该项目油改气材料适用性及剩余强度评价工作,对管道无损检测以及材料理化性能进行测试,探讨出管道由输油改为输气后管道材料的一种评价方法,如关于如何评价管道抗脆断和延性止裂能力、管道硫化物应力腐蚀开裂敏感性、管道氢致开裂敏感性材料抗脆断能力等方面的问题,从而判断管道由输油改输气后,管道的适应能力。

Abstract:??For oil and gas pipelines,there are different requirements whether in the material,strength or technology,and the requirement of gas pipeline to the material is stricter than that of oil pipeline.The double pipeline from Karamay to Urumqi of Xinjiang Petro leum Administration is an oil transmission line of ƒ529×7(8)mm and is the first oil pipeline transfo rmed into gas pipeline in China.In this paper,the authors present a method for evaluating the material after oil pipeline is transformed into gas pipeline through taking part in the evaluation work on the material suitability and residual strength and through making the non-destructive detection of the pipeline and the test of material's physical and chemical properties,such as evaluation of the ability to resist brittle rupture and ductile crack stop,the sensitivity to sulfide stress corrosion cracking and the ability to resist the brittle rupture for the material sensitive to hydrogen induced cracking,etc.,judging thus the suitability of the pipeline after the oil pipeline is transformed into gas pipeline.
