聚丙烯蜡的接枝改性研究

摘    要:用溶液接枝的方法对聚丙烯蜡接枝甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯(PPW—g—MAA、St)改性,并用红外光谱、化学滴定法对接枝物进行了定性和定量的表征。通过正交实验求出最佳实验条件:T=90℃,nMAA/nSt=2:1,m混合单体/mPPW=0.7:1;讨论了单体物质的量比、单体与聚丙烯蜡质量比、温度对接枝率影响的优先等级。

Abstract:The solution grafting method was used to make polypropylene wax grafted methylacrylic acid and styrene((PPW-g- MAA, St). The infrared spectrometry and chemical titration were also used for qualitative and quantitative characterization of the graft. Using the orthogonal experiments the best experimental condition was obtained:T=90 ℃,nMAA/nSt=2 : 1, m=ix/mppw=0.7 : 1; The priority-rating of effects of molar ratio of monomers , weight ratio of monomers and polypropylene wax and temperature on grafting rate was discussed..
