工程项目投资风险管理研究

文章研究了项目风险的基本概念，并对项目建设中进行风险管理的必要性及项目风险管理的主要内容进行了阐述。在此基础上，结合我国项目风险管理发展的历史，分析了项目风险管理在实践中带有普通性的问题。并针对这些问题对项目风险管理的优化进行了重点探讨 。

RESEARCH OF RISK MANAGEMENT IN ENGINEERING PROJECT INVESTMENT

The project risk management is to avoid or reduce the deviation between the real benefit and expected benefit of project that is caused by risk events through distinguishing,evaluat- ing and handling of project risks.So we can smoothly realize the expected benefit of fixed as- sets project.The basic definition of project risk and the necessity of carrying out the risk management during the project implementation are studied.The main contents of the project risk management are introduced too.Then,in the light of its development history,the paper analyses in detail the general problems arising in the practice of the project risk management in China.In view of these problems,the paper approaches emphatically how to optimize the project risk management in China.
